  • Data you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company, email, phone, project details and any attachments.

  • Technical data from your visit to the site (e.g. IP address, browser, pages visited), collected through cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • To manage contracts and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

  • To run and secure the website: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Analytics and non-essential cookies: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Who receives your data

Our staff and trusted service providers acting on our behalf, such as website hosting (Wix.com), email and messaging services (including WhatsApp/Meta when you contact us there). Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle your request and as required by Romanian law. Contract and accounting data: for the period required by Romanian law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
