WHO WE ARE
Our parents and grandparents were carpenters. We grew up in workshops, and more than twenty years ago we started working alongside Italian furniture makers. That is where we learned what a finished joint should look like.
In 2019 we started CAMYS. Today we are based in Romania and Italy, with a young, multicultural crew that has fitted stores, offices, homes and hotels across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
We take a job from the first site visit to the handover: site preparation and layout marking, receiving and checking every piece, moving it safely inside, installation, final adjustments, and support after we leave. We work from the technical drawings and check dimensions before anything goes up. If something doesn't line up, we stop and fix it first. No improvising, no shortcuts.
On site we work with the general contractor, the project manager, the designer and everyone else in the room. Clear answers, quick decisions, and calm when the opening date gets close.
Many of our projects happen behind closed doors. That's why you won't see every client or store here. We'd rather earn trust by keeping quiet than by showing off.
