How we work on site

You build the store. We install it on site, to your drawings, from the first delivery to handover. This is what that looks like, in the order it happens.

Before we arrive: drawings and set-out

We work from your technical drawings and installation details. On site we prepare the area, mark the layout and check dimensions before anything goes up. If something doesn't line up, we stop and raise it. No improvising, no shortcuts.

Delivery and handling

Every piece is received, unpacked and checked against the drawings. Then it is moved inside safely. When a component arrives off-size or damaged, we adapt it on site where we can, and record it in that day's report.

Protecting the store

Floors, carpets and finished surfaces are covered before the heavy work starts, and installed furniture stays wrapped. Protection stays down until handover, so the store is handed over the way it was drawn.

Installing to the drawings

It starts behind the finish: metal substructure and backstructure for wall units and furniture, set level and true. Then the visible work goes up: wall panelling and veneer, suspended walls, stone and wall coverings, display units, niches, glass and mirror. Built-in lighting is coordinated with the electrical contractor.

Working around a live store

Many stores open while we are still working nearby: in malls that are already open and inside live department stores. We work in day or night shifts when the site requires it, and keep our area tidy and protected. We speak Romanian, Italian, English and Spanish with the general contractor, the project manager, the designer and the other trades.

Punch list and handover

Before we hand over, we go through the punch list and the touch-ups: levels, alignment, joints, lighting. Every site day is documented in a daily report: hours, work done by area and item, and any changes. We leave when it's level, lit and clean. Not before. After handover, we also come back for service visits on finished stores.

Where we install

Based in Romania and Italy, we install across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Partners on the ground in Paris, London, Miami and the Middle East. On site, a job can take ten days in a stand-alone boutique or forty days inside a department store.
